The Divine Body

I’ve recently self-published a zine titled, The Divine Body. The writings are straight from my journal and the collages from my heart. And I hope in my personal reflections you can find a bit of yourself and it may empower you like how it’s done for me.

Description: In this collection of writings, Linzie connects personal reclamations of power with societal, scientific, and spiritual understandings of the body. Inspired by Audre Lorde's Uses of the Erotic and the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, they piece together poems, journal entries, and a short essay to create the Divine Body. The writings are nestled within collages, together they connect intellect and feeling, grounding God in the body with an intention to inspire and empower.
